Titanium Anodizing Equipment Overview:

Engineered for aerospace parts, our titanium anodizing equipment creates high - strength coatings. It can withstand extreme conditions, forming durable oxide layers on titanium alloys. The AI - controlled system adjusts parameters in real - time, ensuring precision. With a large - size processing capacity, it meets the strict requirements of the aerospace industry.


Partial parameter description of Anodizing Equipment:

Tank 4: Alkali etching tank

1-4-1 structure:

1) Inner tank size: 800×4000×1600mm (L×W×H)

2) Made of Taiwan Lida 15mm PP material to ensure that the tank is not deformed, does not leak, has good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance. The bottom of the tank is set with side drainage.

3) Reinforcement of the tank: A3 material 80×40×4mm square tube is used, and 6mm PP plate of the same color is welded after three layers of rust prevention.

4) Reinforcement of the tank edge: chamfer welding of PP material with a thickness of 15mm and the same color

5) Two exhaust hoods are arranged on both sides of the tank and connected to the exhaust main pipe.

6) A separately manufactured exhaust hood is installed at the top of the tank and connected to the exhaust main pipe)

7) A set of SS serpentine steam heating tubes (on both sides) are arranged in the tank.

1-4-2 piping:

1) Inlet pipe: Ø3/4" PVC pipe (with fittings/spherical valve)

2) Drainage pipe: Ø3 "" PVC pipe (with fittings/spherical valve)

3) Stirring: air stirring (Ø3/4" PP pipe)
