In the electroplating and coating industry, high-purity water with conductivity below 15μS/cm is essential for preparing electroplating solutions to enhance surface finish, brightness, and adhesion. For rinsing plated parts, even purer water with conductivity below 10μS/cm is required. Our comprehensive water treatment system includes:

The system integrates ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and EDI technologies to meet stringent electroplating industry water quality standards. Available in production capacities ranging from 0.25 to 100 tons per hour.
Overview
Our equipment transforms raw water (municipal or groundwater) into ultra-pure water through advanced treatment processes. This ultrapure water plays a critical role in electroplating solution preparation, surface cleaning, and pretreatment processes.
Working Principle
The system utilizes membrane separation technology combining reverse osmosis (RO) and electro-deionization (EDI) processes:
  • Pretreatment: Removes suspended solids, organic matter, and residual chlorine through sand filters and carbon filters
  • RO Treatment: High-precision RO membranes eliminate dissolved salts, colloids, and microorganisms
  • EDI Treatment: Deep desalination through ion exchange membranes and resin under DC electric field
  • Terminal Processing: Fine filtration and UV sterilization ensure water safety and stability
