Working Principle
Our electroplating pure water equipment transforms raw water into ultra-pure water through advanced membrane separation technology, combining reverse osmosis (RO) and electro-deionization (EDI) processes:
  • Pretreatment: Removes suspended solids, organic matter, and residual chlorine using sand filters and carbon filters
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO): Utilizes high-precision RO membranes to eliminate dissolved salts, colloids, and microorganisms
  • Electro-Deionization (EDI): Deep desalination through ion exchange membranes and resin under direct current field
  • Terminal Processing: Fine filtration and UV sterilization ensure final water safety and stability
