Overview
Our equipment transforms raw water (municipal or groundwater) into ultra-pure water through advanced treatment processes. This ultrapure water plays a critical role in electroplating solution preparation, surface cleaning, and pretreatment processes.
Working Principle
The system utilizes membrane separation technology combining reverse osmosis (RO) and electro-deionization (EDI) processes:
  • Pretreatment: Removes suspended solids, organic matter, and residual chlorine through sand filters and carbon filters
  • RO Treatment: High-precision RO membranes eliminate dissolved salts, colloids, and microorganisms
  • EDI Treatment: Deep desalination through ion exchange membranes and resin under DC electric field
  • Terminal Processing: Fine filtration and UV sterilization ensure water safety and stability
