It starts with manual loading of workpieces into custom baskets (550650450MM), which are then automatically transported into the machine via a feeding cart.
The 1# tank initiates degassing rough cleaning: combining vacuum degassing, 28KHz 4800W three-sided ultrasonic cleaning, and oscillation, it operates at room temperature for ≥5 minutes to remove surface oil contamination. The 2# tank repeats this degassing rinsing process to further reduce residue. For deep cleaning, the 3# and 4# vacuum precision tanks (SUS304 10mm plates) use dual-frequency (28KHz/40KHz) 4800W ultrasonic waves and shared "CNST" VG95/2.2KW vacuum pumps. Their filtration systems (10μ/1μ precision) ensure microscopic impurity removal, critical for zinc-magnesium-aluminum parts requiring zero dirt/oil residue.
The final stages involve 5# and 6# vacuum drying tanks, which use hydrocarbon vapor (90-130℃) for steam bathing and drying. Equipped with Cuiman RT0.30S roots pumps and CNST VG155 liquid-ring vacuum pumps, these tanks leverage the vacuum boiling effect to dry workpieces in ≥5 minutes.
