The 1# tank initiates degassing rough cleaning: combining vacuum degassing, 28KHz 4800W three-sided ultrasonic cleaning, and oscillation, it operates at room temperature for ≥5 minutes to remove surface oil contamination. The 2# tank repeats this degassing rinsing process to further reduce residue. For deep cleaning, the 3# and 4# vacuum precision tanks (SUS304 10mm plates) use dual-frequency (28KHz/40KHz) 4800W ultrasonic waves and shared "CNST" VG95/2.2KW vacuum pumps.
