Compact, space-efficient glass cleaning machine designed for pre-gluing processes with power-saving features and advanced cleaning technology.

Cleaning Process Flow

Flat glass input → High-pressure spray washing → Air cutting 1 → Plate brushing and water washing for degreasing (2 sets) → Roller brushing and water washing for degreasing (2 sets) → Plate brushing and water washing for degreasing 2 (2 sets) → Roller brushing and water washing for degreasing 2 (2 sets) → Air cutting 2 → DI water spray washing → Pure water roller brushing and water washing (4 sets) → Medium-pressure spray washing → High-pressure spray washing → Pure water washing → Three sets of air knife drying → Material discharge + static elimination
