The main body is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel plates, and the inner tank is made of T=1.5mm SUS304.

For rack,It is made of 50*50*2.0mm stainless steel square tubes, and the machine base is fixed with foot screws and casters.

Insulation layer: The thickness of the insulation layer is all 80mm. The insulation layer adopts thermal insulation rock wool.

Temperature control system: The temperature is controlled within 0 to 250℃, with a control accuracy within ±5℃.

Conveying method: Chain mesh belt conveying is adopted. Conveying speed: Pre-value 0.5m/min, adjustable from 0 to 0.8m/min.

The temperature control adopts digital display temperature control, and the sensor uses "OMRON" from Japan.

The control systems are all connected to safety shutdown circuits, reliable grounding devices, emergency shutdown and alarm systems, etc
