Air stirring system
1) Low-pressure oil-free blower: A low-pressure oil-free vortex blower is selected, known for its high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation. The blower has a power of 10HP. An air filter hood is installed at the blower's inlet, and a pressure relief valve is installed at the outlet. Additionally, a section of galvanized pipe and flexible hose are provided to cool the low-pressure air and mitigate the impact of vibrations on the entire air mixing system.
2) The air stirring main pipe outside the tank is galvanized pipe with a diameter of 2", which can ensure a certain air pressure and minimize loss. The stirring pipe inside the tank is selected according to the properties of the solution, such as PP pipe or stainless steel pipe. A ball valve is set on each branch pipe to manually adjust the degree of compressed air stirring.
3) The compressed air stirring branch pipeline in the tank is arranged along the middle of the bottom of the tank in the direction of the tank width, about 50mm away from the bottom of the tank. An air hole of φ3mm is set on the branch pipe every 40mm, and it is arranged at a 900 crossing. The limited range of each air hole is 150~180mm wide.
4) The compressed air pipeline is designed with a backflow device to prevent the solution from being sucked in due to negative pressure.
