Conveyor spray cleaning machine for copper busbars with precision nozzles and drying system designed for the electrical industry.
System Overview
Precision nozzles deliver targeted 140bar spray pressure to copper busbars. The conveyor operates at adjustable speeds of 3-10m/min, while the 65℃ drying system prevents oxidation. This system ensures optimal conductivity by effectively removing grease and oxides, fully compliant with IEC standards for electrical equipment manufacturing.
