Gantry type single-arm crane:
1) The production line adopts a single-arm double-hook gantry medium rail crane, which runs smoothly. It is driven by Italian motor with positioning accuracy within ±3mm. The whole set of equipment can withstand strong acid and alkali fog corrosion.
2) The whole production line adopts 2 cranes, the lifting weight of the crane is 100㎏, the horizontal running speed of the crane can be 4~40M/min, and the lifting speed can be adjusted steplessly within 7~12M/min.
3) The crane has manual and step switching functions, and the two states are interlocked. The crane can accurately complete positioning, horizontal and vertical running and other step actions according to the process requirements.
4) The whole crane is made of high-quality SS steel plate bending, polished and sprayed with anti-corrosion paint after assembly to make it look beautiful. The four sides of the crane are protected by transparent plastic film to prevent the splashing of liquid from the tank from injuring people and corroding surrounding equipment.
5) Polyamide walking wheels and nylon belts are used for lifting. The horizontal and vertical operation of the crane should be stable, with little vibration, low noise and convenient maintenance and adjustment.
6) The vehicle is equipped with acoustic and light alarm devices and limit devices to ensure the safety of operation. The vehicle is equipped with manual buttons for various movements of the vehicle and elastic collision protection devices.
7) The vehicle can automatically identify a variety of errors, realize a variety of safety self-locking devices, upper and lower impact limit protection, collision prevention between different vehicles, anti-reversal, motor overcurrent and other multiple protections, complete and reliable. Once the fault is found, the system can quickly stop action and make sound and light alarm.
8) The driving configuration is a stainless steel manual operation box. The operation panel is equipped with the following control functions (start, stop, manual four-directional operation switch), limit switch, manual/step conversion switch, running indicator light, etc.
9) The parking sensor is a proximity switch made in Japan, and the limit switch is all imported high-quality products. The horizontal parking of the crane adopts absolute position parking, which will not cause accidents due to misalignment, and there are warning lights for horizontal operation.
10) The horizontal operation of the crane adopts two Italian worm gear reducers connected with 1HP electromagnetic brake motors to implement double shaft drive, ensuring the synchronization, smoothness and accuracy of the crane operation and braking, and the positioning accuracy of the crane is less than ±3mm.
11) The driving and lifting operation of the vehicle is driven by a motor, worm gear reducer and 2HP electromagnetic brake motors. It has strong sealing and rigidity to ensure lifting torque and continuous long-term operation. The lifting motor and transmission are placed in an appropriate part of the locomotive, so that the vertical running of the vehicle can achieve soft landing.
