Product Description
Medium-temperature Sealants For Anodic Oxide Films Of Aluminum And Aluminum Alloys
Medium-temperature sealants specifically formulated for anodic oxide films of aluminum and aluminum alloys, delivering exceptional sealing performance with a smooth, fine finish.
Product Overview
These medium-temperature sealants provide superior sealing effects while preventing common issues such as dye fading, powder film formation, and gray mist appearance. They are particularly suitable for applications requiring high-quality sealing standards, including electronic product casings and premium cosmetic packaging.
Compared with other sealing agents available on the market, our medium-temperature sealants offer superior cost-effectiveness without compromising performance quality.
Physical Properties
Appearance: Light green powder
Application Instructions
Initial Bath Setup: Establish bath at pH 5.5. Monitor pH levels as the sealing solution is used, accounting for changes introduced by water, acids, and bases.
Filtration: Use acid-resistant, high-temperature compatible filters for optimal performance.
pH Adjustment: Lower pH using dilute acetic acid; increase pH using NaOH solution.
Specific Gravity: Varies with processing conditions, approximately 3-4 m²/g.
Analytical Testing Procedure
Add 10 ml of sealing solution to 100 ml of pure water
Introduce 10 ml of 6N-ammonia water and 2-3 drops of triethanolamine
Add 0.2g of MX indicator (solution will turn orange)
Titrate with 0.01M-EDTA standard solution until solution turns purple-red (record volume as A ml)
Safety & Handling Guidelines
Thoroughly review the user manual and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before product use
Store away from fire and heat sources; maintain adequate workplace ventilation
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, masks, and gloves during operation
Wash hands and rinse mouth thoroughly after handling
In case of eye contact, immediately flush with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention
