Automatic Powder Coating Equipment Overview:

The automatic powder coating equipment features a heat - recycling curing oven, recovering 70% of the heat energy. It can cure outdoor equipment like garden furniture, street lamps, and outdoor signage at a rate of 800 - 1200 pieces per hour. The adjustable conveyor speed and coating thickness (35 - 110μm) suit various outdoor product requirements. Its energy - saving design and reliable performance make it a sustainable choice for outdoor equipment manufacturers.

Powder curing furnace parameters

Design requirements:

Hot air circulation heating system: the temperature can be adjusted from normal temperature to-220

The furnace body is made of mechanism rock wool sandwich color steel plate, and each furnace plate adopts labyrinth sealing splicing. The joints are first filled with rock wool sealing, and then filled with high temperature sealing glue. The sealing effect is good, no hot gas leakage, and energy consumption is reduced.

The furnace plate is connected into one body by the inner corner and outer edge of the furnace, which is strong, beautiful and generous

A natural exhaust port is set at the top of the furnace to maintain the organic solvent in the furnace within a controllable range.

The return air pipe in the furnace is equipped with an adjustable outlet to ensure that the hot air entering the furnace is fully mixed.

The furnace air pipe is insulated with rock wool to reduce heat loss and maintain the working environment temperature of the workshop.

 

Material details:

Specifications: L60000mm*W1200mm*H2500mm outer dimensions as shown in the design drawing

Furnace frame: made of 100x100xT2.0 square tube welding, the furnace frame is 2500mm high

Side, top and bottom plate: the outer plate is made of 0.8t color coated plate,

              The inner plate is made of 0.8t galvanized plate;

Insulation layer: Because the temperature requirement is 220, rock wool board needs to use 100kg/m3 x 100mm rock wool to make, which has better insulation.

Furnace outer makeup edge: made of 2.0t galvanized plate, welded with the outer furnace plate (spray powder on the appearance)

Furnace inner makeup edge: made of 1.5t galvanized plate, welded with the inner furnace plate,

Internal supply and return air pipe: made of 1.5t galvanized plate;

External supply and return air pipe: made of 1.5t galvanized plate, with insulation of 100mm;

The surface of the furnace frame is sprayed with white paint (or sky blue), and the cosmetic edge is sprayed with powder baking

The curing furnace bottom frame is made by welding 100*100mm*2.0T square tube

Combustion chamber size: L2200mm*W1200mm*H1200mm, and the appearance is treated by powder spraying and drying

Combustion chamber: the furnace plate is made of folded plate, with a thickness of 100mm and a density of 100K sisal rock wool and aluminum silicate wool. The makeup plate and the room body are all screw structure, easy to disassemble and install with an attractive appearance

Combustion chamber panel: 304# stainless steel plate-1.5t, seamless welding structure, durable to prevent deformation at high temperature;

Combustion chamber edge plate: 1.5t galvanized plate reinforced bending treatment, seamless welding

The combustion chamber is sprayed and cured

The whole inner tank is made of seamless welding to form a heat conversion chamber, which is strong and durable.

The size of the combustion chamber making maintenance opening and cleaning is 450*450mm

Fixing furnace air fan: oil-cooled insulation centrifugal blower with power of 7.5KW and air volume of 6800m3 per unit.

 

Gas burner
