There are 2 sets of drying furnace burner and heating system
500,000-calorific gas burners
Temperature: adjustable from room temperature to-250℃
The heating system is placed at the bottom of the curing furnace
Combustion chamber size: L2200mm*W1200mm*H1200mm
Combustion chamber: the furnace plate is made of folded plate, with a thickness of 100mm and a density of 120K sisal rock wool and aluminum silicate wool. The makeup plate and the room body are all screw structure, easy to disassemble and install, and beautiful appearance;
Combustion chamber panel: SUS304#1.5T Stainless steel plate seamless welding structure, durable to prevent deformation at high temperature;
Combustion chamber edge plate: 1.5t galvanized plate reinforced bending treatment, seamless welding
The exterior of the combustion chamber is treated with powder spraying and curing
The whole inner tank is made of seamless welding to form a heat conversion chamber, which is strong and durable.
The combustion chamber set maintenance and cleaning ports with a size of 450*450mm
Curing furnace fan: oil-cooled insulation centrifugal air supply fan with power of 5.5KW and air volume of 4800m3.
