This high cleanliness die-casting part vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning and drying line is engineered to meet strict cleanliness standards for die-cast components. Its sealed vacuum chamber uses specialized hydrocarbon solvents to penetrate porous die-cast surfaces, removing machining oil, release agents, and oxide residues trapped in cavities and seams.
Equipped with ultrasonic enhancement (28-40kHz) and multi-stage rinsing, it achieves ISO 16232 Class 5 cleanliness, critical for automotive and aerospace die-castings. The integrated vacuum drying system eliminates moisture in 6 minutes, preventing white rust on aluminum/zinc parts.
With automated loading and PLC control, it processes 300-500 parts/hour, ensuring consistent results for gear housings, brackets, and structural die-castings. Its solvent recovery system reduces waste by 95%, making it cost-effective for high-volume production.
