Intelligent electric control system
1) Two independent electrical control cabinets, made from δ2.5mm stainless steel plates and bent, are treated with a plastic coating for an attractive appearance. The cabinets feature both manual and automatic control options, along with remote centralized control and a color screen monitoring system. High-quality aviation cables are used for both control and signal lines; power and signal lines are routed separately to enhance interference resistance.

2) -1 Select Japanese OMRON series CP1L PLC products, Schneider AC contactors, Japanese and Spring intermediate relays, Japanese Mitsubishi frequency converters, multi-functional push-button switches and indicator lights are all APT products, and other components are selected for assembly and production of imported high-quality parts.
2) -2 The crane is operated horizontally and vertically with frequency converter stepless speed control to realize slow start, stop and fast operation.
2) -3 Manual control can realize point or semi-automatic control mode: in semi-automatic control mode, the crane can be positioned step by step by program control by pressing the function switch (up, down, left and right).
2) -4 The production line is stable, reliable and has strong anti-interference ability. It has sufficient safety protection functions, minimum limit and program control interlocking devices between cars, and no collision phenomenon.
2) -5 man-machine monitoring system
The system uses an industrial monitoring touch screen with a color display for operation and monitoring. It displays various process parameters (including time and status) and operational conditions, as well as equipment fault points and categories. The user interface is user-friendly and easy to operate, allowing for flexible modification of process parameters, signals, and timing. Additionally, the system enables quick and convenient adjustments to the set values displayed in the slots. This makes it suitable for a variety of processes.
