Anodizing Production Line Overview:
This aluminum anodizing production line caters to automotive components. It provides corrosion - resistant and aesthetically pleasing coatings on aluminum parts. Partial parameter description of Anodizing Production Line :
Tank 10,11, and 12: 3 anodized tank
1-6-1 structure:
1) Inner tank size: 800×4000×1600mm (L×W×H)
2) Made of Taiwan Lida 15mm PP material, the tank reinforcement adopts A3 steel, and the rust-proof three layers are covered with the same color (6mm PP) plate welding to ensure that the tank is not deformed, not leakage, good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance. The bottom of the tank is set for side liquid discharge.
3) Reinforcement of the tank: A3 material 80×40×4mm square tube is used, and 6mm PP plate of the same color is welded after three layers of rust prevention.
4) Reinforcement of the tank edge: chamfer welding of PP material with a thickness of 15mm and the same color
5) Two exhaust hoods are arranged on both sides of the tank and connected to the exhaust main pipe.
1-6-2 oxidation power supply:
1) A 25V-3000A voltage and current stabilizing power supply is configured, and the DC conductive copper busbar has enough cross-sectional area to meet the process requirements and ensure that there is no obvious heating phenomenon of the conductive electrode and conductive copper busbar during transmission.
2) In order to ensure the uniform distribution of anode and cathode current in the tank and no short circuit phenomenon, all anode and cathode conductive seats are equipped with insulating pads. (The device is designed with an anode as a contact conductive electrode in water to ensure good conductivity)
3) The connection points between the rectifier and the anode and cathode of the plating tank should be minimized. All the connection points should be polished flat, coated with conductive paste, and tightened with acid-resistant screws.
4) The cathode lead plate of the oxidation tank shall be purchased by the buyer (or configured by our company at a separate price).
1-6-3 Chiller:
The cooling setting is 20HP direct cooling refrigeration machine and direct circulation cooling of the oxidation tank; thus achieving rapid cooling; temperature control accuracy is ±2℃.
1-6-4 Filter pump:
The circulating filter device is connected with the exchange tank, the filtration accuracy is 5μ, the flow rate is 20T/h, the filtration pump is Taiwan "national treasure" chemical special pump, and the filtration bucket is made of PP material.
1-6-5 piping:
1) Pure water pipe: φ3/4" PVC pipe (with PVC ball valve).
2) Drainage pipe: φ3" PVC pipe (with fittings/spherical valve).
3) Stirring: air stirring (φ3/4" PP pipe)
