Automated Powder Coating Line Overview:

The pretreatment stage uses specialized chemicals and processes to ensure the surface of aerospace parts is flawless for powder adhesion. Structurally, the line is built to meet strict aerospace industry standards. It's used to coat components like aircraft engine parts, ensuring their durability and performance in extreme conditions.

Dehydrator furnace parameters  

Design requirements:

Hot air circulation heating

Temperature: normal temperature ~180adjustable

The furnace body is made of mechanism rock wool sandwich color steel plate, and each furnace plate is sealed by labyrinth sealing. The joints are first filled with rock wool sealing, and then filled with high temperature sealing glue, so that the sealing effect is good, no hot gas leakage, and energy consumption is reduced

The inner and outer edges of the furnace corner are wrapped to connect the furnace plate into one, which is strong, beautiful and generous

An exhaust hood is set up at the furnace mouth to fully capture the overflowing hot air.

An automatic exhaust port is set at the top of the furnace to maintain the organic solvent in the furnace within a controllable range.

The return air pipe in the furnace is equipped with an adjustable outlet to ensure that the hot air entering the furnace is fully mixed.

The furnace air pipe is insulated with rock wool to reduce heat loss and maintain the working environment temperature of the workshop.

Furnace frame: made of 100×100×T2.0 square tube welding, furnace frame H2500mm

Side, top and bottom plate: the outer plate is made of 0.8t color coated plate,

The inner plate is made of 0.8t galvanized plate;

Insulation layer: 100kg/m3100mm rock wool

Furnace outer edge: made of 2.0t galvanized plate and welded with the outer furnace plate

Furnace inner edge: made of 1.5t galvanized plate, welded with the inner furnace plate,

Internal supply and return air pipe: made of 1.5t galvanized plate;

External supply and return air pipe: made of 1.5t galvanized plate, with insulation of 100mm;

The surface of the furnace frame is sprayed with computer white paint (or sky blue)

The curing furnace bottom frame is made by welding 100*100*2.0T square tube,

The bottom fixing is 10mm thick iron plate, and the screw is fixed by pulling

The furnace foot is equipped with a protective cover for aesthetic purposes
