Design requirements:
Hot air circulation heating system: the temperature can be adjusted from normal temperature to-220℃
The furnace body is made of mechanism rock wool sandwich color steel plate, and each furnace plate adopts labyrinth sealing splicing. The joints are first filled with rock wool sealing, and then filled with high temperature sealing glue. The sealing effect is good, no hot gas leakage, and energy consumption is reduced.
The furnace plate is connected into one body by the inner corner and outer edge of the furnace, which is strong, beautiful and generous
A natural exhaust port is set at the top of the furnace to maintain the organic solvent in the furnace within a controllable range.
The return air pipe in the furnace is equipped with an adjustable outlet to ensure that the hot air entering the furnace is fully mixed.
The furnace air pipe is insulated with rock wool to reduce heat loss and maintain the working environment temperature of the workshop.

Furnace frame: made of 100x100xT2.0 square tube welding, the furnace frame is 2500mm high
Side, top and bottom plate: the outer plate is made of 0.8t color coated plate,
The inner plate is made of 0.8t galvanized plate;
Insulation layer: Because the temperature requirement is 220℃, rock wool board needs to use 100kg/m3 x 100mm rock wool to make, which has better insulation.
Furnace outer makeup edge: made of 2.0t galvanized plate, welded with the outer furnace plate (spray powder on the appearance)
Furnace inner makeup edge: made of 1.5t galvanized plate, welded with the inner furnace plate,
