Our Automated Powder Coating Line with dual - powder application can create special effects. It has two powder supply systems that can apply different powders simultaneously or in sequence. The line's structure is designed to manage the dual - powder process smoothly. This is great for creating unique coatings on products like decorative metal art pieces, adding an extra dimension to the finish.

The control equipment is simple to operate, and the equipment problem control panel is clear at a glance
A programmable controller featuring a CPU, input and output interfaces, and a touch panel. It features a user-friendly interface, centralized control of pumps, fans, burners, and conveyor line drives using graphic symbols, along with functions such as parameter settings, alarm information prompts, maintenance tips, and password protection. The system ensures stable control, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
The total control cabinet SS41(T=1.2mm) is formed by cold plate bending and welding, and the surface is sprayed with paint;
Electrical accessories are assembled with well-known brands or brands of the same level;
Lay out the power line and control line of the whole set of equipment;
Ambient temperature: the temperature of safe environment mode is-10~50℃
Function:
Motor overload control and alarm;
Display of conveyor operation status;
Setting of furnace temperature value, over-temperature alarm, data processing and display, furnace temperature display;
Conversion and setting of each control mode;
Control devices such as start/stop and overload protection for each fan and motor;
