Iii. Equipment Introduction:
1. The production line is automatically controlled and designed according to the buyer's existing process production requirements, combined with the actual operation specifications and the rich experience of Dongguan Hongshun Automation Equipment Co., LTD in surface treatment equipment manufacturing for a long time, the gantry production line is designed.
The production line is equipped with three medium-track single-arm double-hook gantry cranes, controlled by a PLC for horizontal and vertical movement. The cranes use Japanese Panasonic frequency converters to achieve multi-level automatic speed adjustment, slow start, stop, and rapid operation. The horizontal speed ranges from 4 to 40 m/min, while the hook lifting speed is between 7 and 12 m/min. The entire machine's control system is centralized in the main electrical cabinet, featuring temperature control instruments, operation switches, and voltage meters, each installed individually for each crane to facilitate operation and control. Each crane is monitored via a dedicated touch screen, which allows real-time monitoring of the crane's actions and automatic timing after the workpiece is placed in the slot. Process parameters can be set to ensure product quality, consistency, and facilitate standardized workshop management. The operation mode can be selected between automatic and manual control, and can be switched at any workstation.
3. The production beat of the whole line is designed to be about 5-10 minutes per beat, which will be adjusted according to the fastest running speed of the vehicle and the actual process of the production line.
4. The whole loading and unloading process is completed by automatic mechanism combined with manual operation. The loading position is fixed and confirmed by manual. The crane is manually controlled to lift the surface treatment function slot and complete the oxidation process.

4. Power supply and wastewater treatment

² The exhaust gas shall be discharged by the buyer to the waste gas treatment tower (the indoor duct shall be sold by the seller).
² The acid and alkali wastewater shall be discharged by the supplier to the collection place designated by the user (within 5 meters outside the equipment).
